What is Aquarian Counseling?
Aquarian Counseling is a result of seeing the life-changing effects of Kundalini Yoga on a group of diverse clients in Natalia's private practice setting. It is a way of counseling where the emphasis is on giving clients tools for self-empowerment and self-healing. Clients come in talk and receive a meditation or breath practice to take home, like a “prescription” to be applied daily, in as little as three minutes. These practices can be short, yet extremely effective.
Aquarian Counseling is also an attitude towards helping and delivering a service that is appropriate for the times we are living in. The pressures of modern life are demanding and we need quick and effective tools for transformation. Instead of the focus being talking about the problems, we move energy in the body and mind to create space from the problem. The practices, if done correctly, are designed to quickly de-thaw the ice cubes of the neurotic patterns that we have been enslaved to. Because of the effectiveness of the technology of Kundalini Yoga, the client, for the first time in their
lives have an experience of themselves unlike any other.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is for everyone and is designed to activate the conscious mind so that we gain control of our internal landscape using a combination of mantra, breath, physical movement and meditation. Yogi Bhajan brought this yogic system to the west in the late 1960s and Natalia is dedicated to teaching in a way that honors the purity of this system.
This is Aquarian Counseling. A modern approach to healing and therapy.

Born in Argentina, and educated in the United States, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in private practice dedicated to serving people of all ages and diverse backgrounds in the Greater Boston area.
I am a lifelong seeker of wisdom and truth. After many years as a Buddhist practitioner, I pursued a graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling and completed extensive yoga teacher training, both in the U.S. and abroad. Most recently I completed a Kundalini Yoga teacher training at the Rama Institute for Applied Yogic Science and Technology and I am a Registered Kundalini Yoga teacher.
I believe that integrating the practices of meditation, yoga and talk therapy, strengthens the nervous system and gives new life and energy creating pathways for a fulfilled life.
